We like the people here, prices are good, and they have the prescription food for our Sadie. We mostly love Banfield Hospital, which is attached to PetSmart!! ❤

Why do they keep removing reviews? Its hilarious. My husband had a problem with his dog being cut multiple times during a "half bath" and was soaked and was there for hours they did nothing. The dog was never anxious about water until being groomed at petsmart and now she has a hard time letting anyone bath her and is afraid to get in any water.
Horrible people. Me and my father went there tonight to get a rat and fuzzies for our ball pythons. Well being snake lovers we were looking at their ball pythons and we noticed something odd about one of them. One of them was having a bad shed and still had shed on the front half of him. He was obviously not being taken care of properly and not getting the assistance needed to shed properly. So when we went to check out we politely told the cashier " You have a ball python that may need some assistance shedding over there". Well she turned around to the girl working the register behind her and told her what we said. That woman then proceeded to say " Tell them we know that and that we are not stupid". that was very uncalled for. so needless to say we will not ever be there again!
Based on my sweet loving little dog's body language, I believe she would rate their grooming a 0. She is always so shaky and nervous that the poor thing pees as we approach the store. I think she would equate a Pet Smart grooming session with getting vaccinations. We have taken her to another groomer and she acted completely relaxed when we got there to pick her up. Its a good sign when the dog has no qualms about walking back into the grooming area. Pet Smart is cheaper but my heart will not allow me to leave my family member in their hands.
