I made a walk-in visit to update my dog Max's shots several days ago based on a referral from a friend, and it was well deserved. The lobby was full when I arrived and I expected to wait longer than I could to be seen, but instead, I was seen in a relatively short time. While waiting, I noticed the staff was polite and knowledgeable with everyone in person and on the phone, and they were very efficient. The veterinarian was kind to my boy and to care for his safety during the shots. We did not have to wait for a tech to come back, the doctor just took care of it. Max received all of the core shots needed to board for $70. Thank you Butlers Animal Clinic.
We had to be an emergency walk-in this morning 11/13/17. Our Golden was sick and we didn’t know why. They got us back in a room pretty quick and within minutes found he was in heart failure. We so were not prepared for that kind of news and that the best thing was to let him go in peace and not suffer (he was filling with fluids). They gave us time for all the family member to get there and gave us plenty of time to cry and say goodbye. The waiting room was PACKED but not once did we feel rushed. We will definitely use them again and I wouldn’t care how long the wait is to see the Dr, he was very companionate. Every staff member we communicate with today was amazing and caring. Thank you!

This place is wonderful! I am so used to taking my fur babies to my sister-in-law but have been going to Butler's for over a year now. The prices are so much better even though I was getting a "family discount" before. They are also so caring and loving with your babies. And if your baby is sick or hurt they will find a way to see them if they are booked. Dr Butler himself is an absolute angel. All the docs are very up front and honest. My favorites are Dr Phillips and Dr Butler. Of course my baby is like my children and she is used to seeing a particular Dr so if its anyone else she gets nervous so the girls up front are really good about getting me with the docs I want. Always friendly and sweet I highly reccomend them.
I wouldn't go anywhere else!
