Tea not sure what bet you were visiting but pretty certain it wasn't Dr. Jackson. She is a very caring person that loves animals like they were her own children. We have been taking our dog here for some time and have only had fantastic experience. She's very reasonable in her pricing. Highly recommend to all.

I really like Dr Jackson and her assistant Ashley. I have been taking my cat to her for nearly 5 years. My cat spends most of his time outside, as a result needs to go to the vet more often. Dr Jackson is great about us just walking in without an appointment. If she is busy, I can leave him until she is available. I do not understand some of the negative comments. The first time we went in, he was put in a "kitty straight jacket", until they got to know each other. It wasn't as bad as someone made it out to be. A nervous cat can be extremely dangerous, I can not fault her for protecting herself. Most visits they are quite affectionate with each other, even when he got shots. Once he was ill, in pain and near death. He lashed out at everyone including me. She had to bag and tackle him. It was necessary so he would not hurt anyone. I believed she was just as worried about him as I was. ( Yes, he recovered.) She is always professional, gentle and kind. I highly recommend her.
