Usually not difficult to schedule an appointment on short notice. The whole staff is personable, unlike the one down the road on Sheffield, where I stopped going after the doctor came into the room and immediately started acting like a jerk. On the contrary, the doctor here, Dr. Mellskog, is professional and treats you as an individual while caring for the pets who are dear to us.
They allow me to restrain my dog...this is very important to me.
