We are very happy with the care our dog has been receiving at Northshore Animal Hospital. Drs. Frazier, Stock and the entire staff are true professionals who care about pets as if they were their own. The facility is always clean and welcoming with water and snacks provided for pets and their parents. Appointment are easy to get, and doctors are available for consultation over the phone. I highly recommend NAH to anyone who is looking for pet care provider.
I am really happy with the care my pets receive here. The doctors take time to explain things and really get to know not only the pet, but the human part of the family. Staff is always kind & courteous. I have never had to wait long for an appointment, or wait long in the waiting room. I highly recommend them!
I moved to Knoxville in May and needed to find a new vet for my dog. I checked Angie's List and found great reviews for Northshore Animal Clinic. I took my dog, Maggie, for her first appointment and was so pleased at the atmosphere in the office, the kindness of the staff and the vet. I learned about different treatment options for preventive care. It's a great place for pets.
The staff and doctors at Northshore Animal Hospital are wonderful. They've taken great care of my three dogs (two of them seniors). The doctors take their time explaining things in terms you can understand and give you the available options. I highly recommend their services!
Everyone at the hospital is like family to us. They took great care of one of our dogs who was real sick for several years until he passed away. During the grieving process, one of the ladies told me he was abnormally sick and he was suffering. That made it a whole lot easier to handle. I new he was not hurting any more. We have two dogs now and they take great care of them. They are all some of the nicest people we know. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a family like environment and people you can trust with your best friend.
