My children and I took our 7 week old black labrador retriever puppy there at the recommendation of a neighbor. We were met with a friendly and informative staff. We appreciated the detailed information on puppy care, as this is our family's first puppy. The technician, the veterinarian and several office staff were very friendly and helpful. This is a "fear free" facility to ensure pets are comfortable. We look forward to our ongoing relationship with Hardin Valley Animal Hospital!
I always have a great experience at HVAH! The staff is so friendly! The vets here are very knowledgeable and always take the extra time to answer all of my questions. I've been bringing my dog here for a year now and they continue to do an awesome job! I trust all the staff here to take great care of my fur baby and I would highly recommend them to everyone.
They take care of our dog, Herman, and they are so friendly, and helpful! We first saw them when Herman had eaten something he shouldn't have, and was in some distress. They got him back to normal, and what impresses me the most about the doctors and staff is that they are conscious of the costs associated with taking care of an animal, and provide multiple options based on budget concerns. So glad we found them!
I am a newcomer to town and took Bandit here on my son's recommendation. Wow was I ever blown away! Their "fear free" commitment and the time and patience they show is amazing! When I called to get an appointment for shots I had one within two days. I love the Saturday hours and the emergency access as well. If you are searching for a veterinarian - go here!
The absolute BEST vet office! From the first moment I spoke to the receptionist the entire experience was amazing. The office is spotless, the Tech so knowledgeable, the Vet very thorough and everyone took such great care of our fur baby! So grateful a place like this exists!
