These guys are top notch. They were recommended to me because of their aluminum expertise & I'm so glad I chose them to do the work on my truck. Their facilities are very new & nice, but I was most impressed with their impeccable shop area. I enjoyed dealing with the folks there throughout the entire process, from the estimate to the completed repair. Can't recommend them highly enough!
Great work on my car, but forgot to do one of the two repairs I got quotes for the first time.
I recommended my daughter get a repair quote on her keep after it was hit in a parking lot. The Farragut facility is new and very impressive. She liked the appraiser and they work a lot with the insurance company handling the repairs. When we went to pick up the car, there were two problems... the insurance company was told by us that they were not to use any after market parts but they did without notifying us. The other problem was walker was approved to fix half of her bumper because there was other slight blend existing on the other half. My daughter told the original appraiser she would pay the difference to repair the whole bumper ( this info was not relayed on )... the owner of Walker came out when we were looking at the repairs and told his appraiser that they would do both repairs over to our satisfaction....."who does that anymore"?... wow!.. and they did... the car looks great and I will be recommending Walker to anyone that needs collision repairs....great job Walker!
From start to finish, everyone at Walker's is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I personally did customer pay and they made sure I knew exactly what I was getting charged for from the beginning. When I first went to pick up my car, I wasn't completely happy with it. So they took it back and redid it until I said it was perfect! Paul, the owner, called and worked with me to make sure that everything was done right. I am so impressed by their customer service and how they truly value their customers. 5 star service all around! I would recommend this place to everyone!
This repair facility is the Best I have ever seen. The people are professional and courteous. The facility is clean and well organized. My 2016 Camry was hit from behind and the workmanship of the repair was virtually flawless making it like new again. The representative who was assigned to take care of me worked through my repair from start to finish. He worked directly with my insurance getting all the necessary information to complete the claim. The facility also has a rental car agent on premises which made it extremely easy to get a temporary car while mine was being fixed. All around I had a great experience and I am thankful of the pride and professionalism they put into supporting their customers as well as the craftsmanship of their technicians.
