They were great I have been a returning customer of them and have been very pleased with their service like the fact that they don't push repairs and are honest about what needs to be done. Would definitely recommend them for repairs
Truthfully, in the words of a simple consumer, wouldn't consider taking my car anywhere else for ANY service. These gentleman are professional, courteous, and hard working! Couldn't beleive how fast they got 4 tires and an oil change done! Hardly had enough time to eat lunch across the street! If you can help.it, talk to Mr.Graham, guy will take care of you , ALL horse radish aside.
One more thing. After the initial inspection, they told me I need to change the break pad. I asked if the rotors need a replacement too. The guy's first response is no. After a while, he told me the rotor indeed need to be replaced. I did not thought too much about this at that time. Now it also sounds suspicious now.
They fixed my tire yet something looked different about it. I didn't notice till I got home. I thought the price was a bit much for a plug from a nail. Maybe it is correct. $29.95
The inspection damaged my battery and they are redundant to do anything. After the inspection and the change of brake pad and rotor, I stopped the car at a restaurant for dinner. After the dinner, I found the car out of battery. I did not think much of it. Bought a jumper cable and jumped it. This morning, I found the battery not working again. I had to find a person to help and jump the car in the big rain. This reminds me of the service that is done in this store.
I owned my car of 6 years, that 2200 days. What is the odds for the battery to break down just within the days after the service. The guy just claim battery could fail from time to time and insist it was an coincident. That is just unbelievable. I requested a replacement as a minimum compensation. They wanted me to buy the service and only offered to give me 15% discount. After I mentioning reporting to BBB, they checked out the price they have purchased the battery and offered me that same price that is 30% off. I figured no further advancement could be achieved and took it.
