I gave 5 stars for one simple reason. It was because I didn't have anymore to give. I have been taking my vehicles to All In One ever since we came to Knoxville. These guys know what they're doing when it comes to vehicle repair. Just like the sign says All In One, they can handle ALL your vehicle needs. They will explain to you (in terms you can understand) after they have given your vehicle an examination, what exactly is his going on. They will give all the options for your repair instead of just going with the most expensive. If you have an urgent repair they try everyway they can to squeeze you in to their schedule. Ever now and then they have been known to throw in a discount or two to help you with the cost of a major repair. Plus for loyal customers they even give coupons for various free services. For any auto needs take my advice and let ALL IN ONE AUTOMOTIVE be your mechanic of choice too!
This was my first time getting my oil changed and I had no clue what I was doing. The people here were very helpful and new what they were doing. Half the price of anyone around!!
I wish there were 50 more stars so I could give them all to this place. Automotive repair places are known for charging ridiculous prices for the smallest things, but not this one.
Alex has been great! Affordable, friendly service. I always leave knowing I was taken care of and are in good hands! I will loyally continue to have them service my vehicle needs (oil changes, mechanical work and within reason interior electronic customizations, and so on...) Down to earth good folks!
Took 3 days after the initial tow in needing a brake line replaced to get a call back on how much it would cost for the work I requested only to have the problem I had my van towed in for NOT LISTED OFF. I had to walk the mechanic THROUGH FINDING THE PROBLEM OVER THE PHONE! was quoted around 150 bucks more than expected for the work, no big deal, 2 days later I receive a call that he has snapped off a part while attempting to fix my issue, fine, no big deal, accidents happen. 2 days later (this morning) I receive ANOTHER call that he's broken off the part on the OTHER SIDE OF THE VAN while trying to fix it, my bill is almost up to what they wanted to charge me originally, nearly $230 over what my original quote was, but hey, he can knock $25 bucks off! Don't use this company. They're crooks, and I can't help but feel there are much more competent mechanics out there.
I'm from out of state and accidentally drove over a tire on the interstate going through Tennessee and some push pins fell out from the bottom of the car and some of the material hanging loose.. I came by here and they took care of it right away- no hesitation at all! Super friendly and nice and didn't even ask for anything! I wish these guys were back where I live.
