I needed help with oil burning, and staff were very friendly and helpful to me. I had been to the competitor just a couple of doors down, and waited there while 6 (I counted) store associates walked around me, never once asking if I needed help, even though I was standing at the counter with nothing in my hands. Won't go there again!
Was grated as soon as walked in the door with a Friday help and immediately ask if they could help me. They quickly went and picked out my windshield wipers and installed then in the putting rain. I was very impressed!!!
Helpful staff. Easy returns. I'd have given them 5 stars, but one of the clerks has a stone cold demeanor. Never a smile or friendly comment. Robotic demeanor. But, he got the job done. Yet, a 5 star rating is for when you can tell they screen and hire friendly, engaging people all around.
I go to this AutoZone multiple times a week and they are always kind and helpful even when I'm just getting a drink and there busy.
We prepaid for a part, but when we came to get it, an old man waited on several other customers who came in after we did before waiting on us. After a dispute, the manager did make things better. He gave us a free oil change. See? Good customer service is worth something.
