They cheated me in repair after giving me an initial repair estimate of $1640 and ended up with a repair cost of $4500 without telling me. DO NOT do business with them and they will cheat you by giving a low initial estimate and then milk your insurance policy for more money for unnecessary repair.
AWFUL EXPERIENCE WITH THEM! I drove my car for 2 weeks after a truck backed into my car and out a hole in my bumper. Car drove well. No lights were on when I dropped my car off for the bumper replacement. I picked up my car and the check engine light was on. Had I not checked my car out and mentioned the light before driving off, they would not have said anything at all. I'm certain they tampered with my thermostat while repair the bumper for over a week. They couldn't read the codes and offered to send it to the dealership for a diagnosis. I agreed and was told I would get a call with updates the next morning. Neither happened and I was left with a check engine light and paying for their screw up! Also, there was another guy who had the same issue with his check engine light being on because of them!
Liars and scammers. I was forced to go here by State Farm, I am now shopping around for a new insurance company who won't lie to my face and shortchange me when it comes time to actually use the insurance coverage that I pay for every month.

My experience with this Abra location was excellent!! I dropped my car off on Tuesday and they had a rental already there waiting for me. They sent me text updates the entire time, letting me know they were ahead of schedule and keeping me in the loop. When I picked up my car this morning, they walked me out to it, explained everything they did, and ensured that I was 100% satisfied. They even cleaned my car, shined my tires, and vacuumed my interior-- it's cleaner and smells better than when I dropped it off!! I never had to wait for any amount of time, and the staff was knowledgeable and kind. I will absolutely use this shop again. Perfect experience!
