I worked for Rick, the owner, for three days. He does everything a mechanic should not do. EVERYTHING. I saw fire hazards, illegal hazmat handling, safety violations and fraud.

Most shops have a mechanic per bay. He can't keep mechanics in his huge shop because most people don't have the stomach for his illegal methods. He will order the part for the job, so he can show you the receipt. He keeps a supply of broken parts to show you what he said he pulled. He spray paints old parts to pass them off as new. He then returns the new part, or just keeps it.

I tried to have him make things right but he just hung up on me and would not take my calls.

This useless mockery of an auto shop was a complete waste of money and time. The people who work there, as you may have seen in previous reviews, are shady crooks that seem to thrive on the misfortune of others. The person who "worked" on our car, Dave, enjoyed a cancer stick while walking around the shop doing nothing. He then proceeded to do a simple test on the car which brought our total to above $100 for an hour of absolutely no progress. DO NOT GO HERE. The mechanics are condescending idiots who are lacking in a proficiency of hygiene, tact, knowledge, and among other things AUTOMECHANIC SAVVY. If you go here and waste your money, I have no pity for you.

If you car is in his possession, i feel sorry for you. I've seen his shoddy work. He DOES NOT have the equipment for alignments, AC, transmissions or brake lathing, yet sells those services regularly. He keeps cars for weeks, hood open during the day. He's not actually working on those cars. He breaks as much as he fixes.

These are hucksters that sold me unnecessary mechanical work and never repaired the problem with the vehicle. When my car broke down the next day while traveling miles away to another city, I call them but they just stated that they had fixed the problem and it was probably something else. I checked with two other mechanics and they assured me that Rick Dunn did not know what he was talking about and that he sold me nearly a thousand dollars of unnecessary work for a problem that I was then able to fix for four dollars.

Worst experience ever!! I went to get my brakes taken care of in Aug of 2012. He quoted me $250 and I said that was fine. Throughout the next 6 hours he had my car he called me several times and all of a sudden it cost me $500. They didn't even mention that they didn't take credit cards so that just wiped me out for weeks.

On the bright side he gave me a one year warranty. My brakes are already screwing up again now since January so I gave them a call to see what the warranty included. The employee told me he had no idea and had to see the receipt. How can a company not have standard warranties in place for certain things. This seems like a load of bull if you ask me.

The owner said he was an honest man who wouldn't steer me wrong. Well jerk-off my father owned a gas station for 50 years and I have never EVER seen customer service like this. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY THEIR GREEDY BASTARDS WHO HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO RUN AN HONEST BUSINESS.

Rick, who is from Florida, said to me that people in Tennessee are idiots, don't know anything about cars, are easy targets, and averages $500 a job.

I have never been treated this poorly in my life. This place is a rip-off. They deal in cash only. They over charge. They take too long. They damaged my property and denied it, then they told me to leave their property. They are dishonest. DO NOT USE THEM EVER!!!!
