Dustin Lee and the entire staff at Service King are amazing. They kept in touch with me throughout the whole repair, so I knew what was happening. The workman ship on my car is amazing. It looks brand new! I would highly recommend they work, customer service, overall experience to anyone who needs repair work done.
Although my car was irreparable, I'll use and recommend Service King on Kingston Pike in the future. Collin consulted multiple outside sources to try and figure out what the issue was and kept in close contact with me throughout the process. They would have continued to work on it, but my insurance company didn't want to continue to pay.
Online scheduler was unable/unwilling to schedule a time for their technicians to even look at my vehicle that was in an accident for over a week! If you want your car back before next year, you may want to look elsewhere.
