Had a 1 o'clock Saturday appointment I was called and asked if it could be moved up to 10:30. They go to put the window in say they can't get the regulator all the way down. I helped them turns out they were rolling it all the way up and they were wrong. They get the window installed but it won't roll down or all the way up without applying force. The old window worked fine before it was broken.
