Good honest guys. Had mechanical repairs on my truck done here and my truck drives 100x better than before. I also would've paid 3x more anywhere else. Highly recommend this specific location if you decide to go to Precision Tune.
I used to own a repair shop, so I can be pretty particular. I was very pleased with the oil change that I got here. I made an appointment and they took my car right away. The price was excellent and they didn't try to upcharge me. Most importantly, they didn't tell me that the vehicle needed fixing when it wasn't broken. I highly recommend!
The service is almost always fast and they are never pushy or dishonest like some shops. They offer a good deal on oil changes and there's a pot of coffee for you while you wait.
I visited this location just this morning. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and helpful. I chose this business because I had a school coupon for an oil change and I was nearby. I was satisfied with the amount of time required and the cost. The waiting room appeared clean but smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. When my truck was finished, the young mechanic brought in the clipboard and handed it off to the guy at the counter and I paid. When I got to my truck, there was motor oil all over the interior of my door. I had to go back inside to ask for a rag to clean it off. The guy at the desk was on the phone and gave me a rag so I could clean it. I have never had an oil change place leave motor oil inside my vehicle without cleaning it until today. Most places would also clean it off once the customer pointed it out. I'm guessing he didn't since he was on the phone. Needless to say, I won't be returning.
Love this place. Not being from TN For very long I was hesitant about finding a place that I trust was important to me. I have been treated so well and taken care of. Pricing is reasonable and service is fast and very well done.
