The guys at Just Jeeps and more did an excellent job fixing the issues with my Wrangler. They were professional, courteous, and they explained the issues in a way that I could understand. The parts have a lifetime warranty. You simply can't ask for better service.
I have driven by Just Jeeps and More for years but never needed their service until that fateful day when my jeep wouldn't start. Having prior shady tree mechanic experience I tried to diagnose the problem. I thought it was the starter so with a 15mm socket and wrench and an hour of my time.... Success? Well not so much. The problem was beyond my driveway capabilities.

I've used Just Jeeps for several years, and I've used a few other places too so let me just say - go to these guys! They've fixed problems that others couldn't find. They told me that a $200 part was still under warranty when I had no clue. They could have easily charged me and I wouldn't have questioned it. That doesn't reflect well on me but it should give you assurance that these guys are honest. They provide quick, friendly, honest service and they know what they are doing. I won't go anywhere else again.

When I arrived I meet Jeff, we spoke like we were neighbors. He was willing to listen to my concerns and my stories. I felt like I was back at my dad's shop of my youth were customer service was the number one focus. Jeff kept me updated on the progress of my Jeep. In the end... Success!!! The jeep is running again and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg.
I grew up around a mechanics shop so I know just enough to be dangerous. I don't have the ability to work on my newer cars so I am extremely cautious about who works on my vehicles. All of my vehicles are under warranty so I have little choice but to trust an overpriced dealer repair shop. My older Jeep... out of warranty and starting to need some TLC.
I did a little online research... (what did we ever do before google). It seemed my ignition cylinder was kaput but I did not have the equipment or the time to confirm the problem. I spoke to Josh on the phone and he felt they could help. I had my jeep towed to Just Jeeps and More thinking the whole time...'here we go, get your wallet ready'.
I have only been here twice since I am new to the area, but in both experiences I have been nothing but pleased with the service, professionalism, and honesty. The first time I went here, I had to get some major maintenance work, but their estimate was hundreds less than Honda Dealership, plus they recommended less unnecessary work that Honda Dealership thought was "necessary". This second visit I only needed an oil change. And low and behold, Josh at Just Jeeps and More said that my car looked great and needed nothing. Service with a smile to boot! I am sure I would have gotten a different result had I continued to take my car to Honda Dealership. Thanks gentlemen for taking such good care of your customers! You can add one more loyal customer to your list!
Very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I own a modified jeep wrangler and I'm very meticulous about every detail. The staff earned my trust and respect. The repairs and prevenative maintenance were performed quickly....to my standards! I will definitely use their services going forward and highly recommend Just Jeeps & more!
