Free service on Kingston pike is probably one of the best service shops in the area. Incredibly friendly staff. Brought a couple vehicles down to have checked out before I purchased one. Jeff at the desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. Broke down everything that would have to be repaired, and made it clear what was more important than the others (because I don't know a lot about cars). The technician that actually looked at my car also exchanged some words with me, and was also very friendly. Not very often everyone you meet at an establishment is friendly, and wants to talk. I will be bringing all cars back here to have services and checks done. If you want good work from honest down to earth people who don't just want your money, but want your return visits and loyalty, then this is the place for you to go. 5 stars all day long.

Mike had helped us fix my sons Honda that had been at the dealer for a month. The honda dealer couldn't figure out the problem, so we decided to take it to Free Service in Farragut. Mike was super helpful and looked at it immediately. Of course I had never seen a shop manager actually doing the work on the cars and running the business, that's impressive. He found a piece of wiring that had split and need redone. It was fixed in a couple hours and runs perfect. Thanks again Mike. We will be sending everyone to Free Service.
