I moved here in August and my experience so far has been fantastic. The facilities here are very clean and well cared for. The staff is very helpful and very fast in relieving your problems. As for the apartment, it's well priced and feels like a luxury mansion compared to the last place I lived. Very spacious and quiet. I really love living here.
I have resided at Wellsley Park for almost two years, the staff and maintenance staff are absolutely exceptional. If there is ever a question I need to ask or an issue that needs to be addressed, the staff immediately provides assistance in a professional manner. It is such a wonderful place to call home and would highly recommend it to anyone.
The girls in the front office are so sweet and helpful - they always are in a good mood and prioritize the residents if we need anything! For my first apartment experience I’d say it’s a great place to live. Prime location, gated community for increased safety, and quiet neighbors! No one here has ever given me trouble or anything which is such a huge plus - home shouldn’t feel like that to anyone and it doesn’t to me! Two thumbs up!
While the complex's central location is a good enough reason to simply consider moving there, Wellsley Park has much more to offer. I've lived in my unit for close to two years. I've never had any major issues, and any help I've needed has always been promptly provided by the friendly front-office staff and the maintenance team. The amenities are terrific, too. In the spring and summer, I use the pool. In the fall, I use the fire pit. In the winter, I use the on-site gym in place of running outside. Wellsley Park has been and continues to be a great place for me to live, and I recommend it to anyone already living in or moving to Knoxville.
My husband and I moved here from Nashville in April, and we have LOVED Wellsley! They are always so professional and helpful. Maintenance is always super quick if you need anything. We love our space. It's a lot of square footage for the price! We just signed another lease with them!
