Would never recommend them to anyone. First they are supposed to check truck to make sure no one is in it before hooking up and they didn't and then started yelling at us, wow. Second if you do us them you will have more damage to your truck then the accident caused. Make sure you get all, I stress all out of truck before leaving with them. The took stuff out of my truck. Not very friendly. Went back next day to get more of our stuff and was told couldn't take certain things. Oh we took it. They only gave us certain amount of time and then told us we couldn't take anything else off truck. Well, I am contacting the police and dot about this company. We work hard and don't need to be ripped off by this company or any company.
Called for a tow truck to tow the vehicle. They showed up and said they were there to fix a flat and left when we told them we needed a tow. Called back to request a tow truck and after thirty minutes of waiting we called to check on the eta and we're rudely told they don't have four wheel drive trucks and they won't go out in bad weather. So we sat on the side of the road for three hours after dark in the snow. They were rude and unprofessional!!
My car ran out of gas at 1am as I was heading home from work, and was picked up by this company after I had to push it off the road myself...they told me that it was going to be near $300 to get my car back, and when I called today to find out how much it would cost to get my car back, they quote me over $400... They didn't even have to drive more than a mile to get it from where it was!! Horrible people with no sense of compassion for a healthcare worker trying to make ends meet working a full time job at minimum wage to try to put food on the table, and another to try and pay bills... Such a disgusting company... Won't even help by reducing the lot costs...
Tells you one price on the phone. Then charges you more when you get there. Very rude man in office.
No stars here. Just when I thought dealing with Comcast was the worst experience I ever had in customer service, these jokers were sent by AAA to change a tire. It only took them 5 hours to arrive (3:20 a.m.). Although I didn't come at the driver with a machete or call him any derogatory names, apparently I said something to hurt his feelings and so he promptly dropped my car back down from the L-bar he used to raise the front end for the tire change (that isn't what the L-bar is for), and decided he wasn't going to change my tire. NEVER, EVER waste your time with this outfit. Okay - I had to click a star to be able to post this, but really, no stars!!
