I spoke with the groomer this morning. As you can imagine, there is nothing that can be done. I don't want my money back... this is not about getting something for free...
I believe our record speaks for itself concerning the care with our clients fur babies.
Suzanne Phillips diatribe speaks for itself. She did in fact blatantly litter in my parking lot and we did in fact confront her for her inexcusable act.
The groomers comments were that she had a couple of mats in her fur that he couldn't get out so in order for it to be even, he cut off her fluffy, furry coat... All of it. As a company, if you're in doubt, pick up the phone and call the owners! Don't make a unilateral decision that can't be undone later!
I am angry and upset but all I can do is move on... I'll take my business elsewhere while letting others know. Please find another groomer. Do not use this company.
We do not condone this kind of behavior.
We took our miniature Schnauzer to this company twice. The first time, we could be partially responsible for not being clearer. They didn't groom her as we wanted. Chalk it up to a lesson learned.
I have taken my Alaskan Malamute Maverick here for years. They have always taken wonderful care of him and he always comes home fluffy and happy. The people at this buisness really care about your pets and are so kind and caring. I highly recommend them to everyone.
I can't speak on the services here. However, I can speak on the behavior of the owner and the people she associates with. Basically, last night, early evening I was on my 3rd job as an Uber driver. I was being lazy and dropped my food bag in the parking lot rather than throwing it in a trash bin. I made a bad decision and I accept responsibility for that. However, what came next, blew my mind. Not only did 2 of the owners buddies approach me about litttering in a very aggressive manner, but they actually carried the bag to my vehicle, where I moved further in the parking lot and threw the bag at me and into my vehicle. The situation escalated to where the owner came out and was body shaming me, calling me names, and daring and taunting me to get out of my vehicle. Now, how I held my composure and did not get aggressive with them is truly divine intervention. I'm a single female Uber driver and train in martial arts and kickboxing, so someone could have gotten hurt if I would have acted inappropriately beyond the littering. While they were threatening to call security, I took it upon myself to report the incident to non emergency police department line as they continued to taunt, name call, and be verbally aggressive and try to intimidate me while I wait d for the police to the point where I had to move my car further away from them to avoid the situation from further escalating. Once the police arrived, they approached the vehicle to get there version of the incident in and to lie about what happened. 3 on 1 wasn't quite a fair ratio, but I do hv an audio clip of the things they were saying to me and trying to get me out of my car. It's truly by the grace of God that I did not react in a violent or aggressive manner. I do feel horrible for my part in this matter and am praying for the business owner and her 2 friends. These are the types of situations that escalate out of control into serious acts of violence and I am seriously truly grateful that I was afforded enough self control not to pull my weapon from my vehicle when I was assaulted by the business owner's friend or respond in the manner I which the business owner was antagonizing me to do. Again, I am truly sorry for my part in this entire mess and will not be so disrespectful as to litter in public or private again. Being tired and exhausted was no excuse for the littering. However, I felt it was important to highlight the true nature of the business bc anyone can be kind and smile in your face when you are handing them $$$
So, on the second visit, my wife details out exactly what we want and expect for this grooming attempt. The only thing the groomer heard from my wife's instructions... "don't cut her eye lashes". That's all they got right. Winter is coming and we wanted her coat to stay long during the colder season and, frankly, she's adorable with her curly and fluffy hair. There is no way we'd subject her to summer temps with long hair so we've been letting her hair grow lately in anticipation of winter. They shaved her down to about a half inch... again, completely against my wife's clear instructions.
Awesome staff and great service!! Highly recommend...
