Am trying to call and ask a question but pick up n hang up fore I even hear a voice I think they should be shut down. For disrespecting the community
Takes forever for anybody to answer the phone! Supposed to call me today to change pick up locations.
This is great if you are moving and need A truck and some boxes.
U-Haul is obviously an important rental chain and their policies are well known, so there is no need to review them. As for the location, I am very satisfied with my experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. They have very nice and courteous staff, lots of moving supplies in case one forgets somethings and lots of vehicles available. Nevertheless, I would recommend reserving your vehicle ahead of time, especially on Saturdays.
They messed up my reservation never told me the down graded me to a cargo van and then over charged me and won't credit me. Cost me more for a cargo van than a 10ft truck!!!
