Deciding to go with Two Men and Truck was a very good decision. Their crew arrived right on time (they were even ahead of schedule) , and they were very professional. Each of them showed that they cared for our belongings. They were also fast; they did not waste time chitchatting. They knew they were there to do a job and get it done as quickly as possible. Most important, there were no hidden fees. The leader explained each item on the contract that I had to sign when I had questions. Overall, we had an Excellent experience with Two Men and a Truck! I believe they are the best in town.
The three men showed up on time and they were done in two hours. Fast, efficient and professional. I especially enjoyed working eigh office staff customer service representative Joy and operation manager Darcey. They made sure that my move when as smoothly as possible!
I've never used a moving service before, but decided to give it a try this time. Based on several friends and neighbors reviews, I decided to try Two Men and a Truck. I couldn't have made a better decision. Elisabeth handled everything on the office end thoroughly and professionally. Lawrence and Mike were our movers. They were courteous, professional, fast, and very careful with our belongings. From speaking with Elisabeth initially to get information on their services, to signing off on the final paperwork with Lawrence and Mike when the move was over, I never felt uneasy or anxious about the process. I'll never move myself again, and I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck for anyone needing a moving service.
Although our job was small, I was very pleased with how quickly and efficiently they got it done. The movers were very careful with all potentially breakable items making sure they were well wrapped and secured in the truck. The movers were also very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend them to others.
