Moving can be stressful, but Climate Storage made my move simple and hassle-free. With their top facilities I feel like my belongings are safe, I didn't break the bank trying to afford a unit and was able to get the perfect size to fit everything as they offer a wide variety of unit sizes. I had never heard of a 5' x 15' unit! Not to mention, when my move-in date changed they were able to accommodate me with their Sunday hours!! They also offer FREE use of their dollies, flat beds and they even have a move-in truck for move-in day! (The truck requires a $100 cash deposit, but after you move-in the deposit is returned to you!) Where else can you find such hospitable service, resourceful accommodations and secure facility?!

I highly recommend this storage facility. They provide excellent customer service and really put a lot of effort in to make sure their customers are satisfied. I was very impressed with their service and if I'm need of storage again I will definitely do it with them

This place is great! Easy in and out, 24/7 access, super clean, and friendly staff to help you. If you need to store stuff you have to check them out!
This facility is top notch. They take security seriously, well lit and offer some of the best options in Knoxville. The leadership and staff Elisa, Chris and Ally (just to name a few) have been wonderful to work with. I would recommend this location to anyone. In closing the location is wonderful, it is convenient and easy to access.
THIS FACILITY IS NICER THAN MY HOME. Seriously jealous of my old couch that it gets to live here and I don't. After going to storage facility after storage facility I finally came to Climate Storage because it had the lowest price and HOLY COW. You get a private code, you get a truck to help you move, you get and elevator, the staff even brought me water while I was moving in! I never knew I would grow attached to my storage unit but I was so sad to turn in my notice that I was leaving. 10/10 would highly recommend.
