Clean modern facility with friendly staff. Security however is a joke. Exterior cameras only cover one handicapped spot, and areas for large trucks. General parking is mostly unsecured. There are many cameras and tenants can only exit the elevator on the floor of which their unit is located. HOWEVER, none of the stairwells have any security other than to the exterior. Once on a floor, anyone can take the stairs to any other floor unhindered. This combined with units which are completely open at the top make any other security a just a publicity measure. If you're looking to store valuables or business files at a secure location, please look elsewhere. Just another example of shady business practices by local storage facilities.
We used this storage facility over all others in the area based on reviews, that was a mistake. We tried to give them a 2 month notice that we were leaving, the staff there was very unprofessional, every time we called to speak to someone they were rude and were no help, I ask to speak to the owner thinking they would care based on our situation (we were moving our items out the first week of the month so we of course thought they would charge of half the month or pro rate the amount) they did not want to help us at all and basically told us we were out of luck, we would be billed the entire month. We will never use them again!
These people are great and the place climate controlled and secure.

Clean and set up with details in mind. Clean restrooms on-site, covered loading dock, lots of dollies and helpful staff with moving items for sale if you need them. We are very happy with our storage unit.
