After searching or looking for a new living room set, I talked my wife into going to Room To Go and I wish I would have cut my throat instead. We entered the store and no one ever acknowledged our existence. I chalked it up to them being busy with the Holiday crowd. After 40 minutes, no one checked, spoke, ir even spit on us to see if we needed anything. I don’t want to say what I really want, but we are African-American and everyone was not. All the sale people seem to gravitate to the other people and not even glance at us. It was Saturday afternoon at 1:40pm. If you have questions i would love to answer them. Please pass these comments along to the manager....please!
We purchased a living room suite two years ago; furniture is beautiful and has held up fine so far. We liked it so much that we went in and purchased a bedroom suite a year later, and we just recently purchased a dining room table and another love seat for a different room. The delivery for the living room suite was awesome; they unpacked everything and placed it exactly where I wanted it. We did have to wait about six weeks on the bedroom furniture, but that wasn't a deal breaker for me. The delivery for the bedroom furniture was also fine; they brought everything in, assembled the bed, brought in the chairs, and left relatively quickly. We've had it close to a year now and it's also holding up great. We'll see about the table and new love seat, but based on previous experience, I'm sure it will be fine also. I've got my eye on a server to go with the dining room set!
I went into the store not really sure what would best fit my needs. I was very Lucky to have Sarah Sharp as my Sales Associate. Sarah was very knowledgeable and took time to help get what I wanted. I would Highly Recommend Sarah to anyone!!!
The sales representatives were not pushy at all! The prices were great for the quality of the furniture. The store was clean and well-organized. Rooms To Go had a wide variety of styles and options to choose from and were very accommodating. My furniture was delivered within a reasonable timeframe and was put together, saving me from the hassle of doing it myself. The delivery workers were careful with my furniture and very polite.
Me and my husband went to rooms to a few weeks ago to get furniture for our daughters room and a living room set. We have been there many times and this was the first time that we have felt like customers and not just a paycheck to our sales person for our daughters furniture. Amber was so wonderful and polite. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about the furniture. She helped us with anything we asked and listened to our concerns to help us decided on a correct set for our daudaughter. Our big issue was that they have 2 separate stores in one. So Amber was not allowed to sale to us in the adult store, even though we wanted her to. I had to get another sales person for the adult store and service was ok but I would have been much happier if I could have kept Amber. They should hire more people like Amber because she was the best sales person we have ever had.
