I will never buy another mattress at Bradens again and I recommend others not to either. I bought a mattress and box springs and was dissatisfied with how it felt a few days later. It started sagging in the middle and ruined my back. I called the store and talked to Mr. Braden's son who sold me the outfit and was not willing to exchange the mattress. Now, I am stuck with over 1000.00 dollars worth of non-supportive mattress and having to be treated for back problems now. They are unwilling to work with you after paying that much money. Beware of stores not willing to exchange if you are not satisfied.
Poor customer service. They all over you when they want to sell you something. Ordered a custom sofa from manufacturer in NC. Said 5 weeks. After 6 weeks they kept making excuses for why the manufacturer wasn't finished. Then we were told that they would't deliver (which we paid for) until they had a full truck. I always had to call them, they never had the courtesy to call me. When we finally got the item, the cushions were so soft they had no support, and feathers would come through the fabric and poke us. Took another 4 weeks to get that worked out. The Stickley chairs we bought are excellent -- at half price.
