Not too good for choices or arrangements of furniture to see. If looking for a particular piece of furniture.....you have to go through the whole store as they have groups of room arrangements instead of similar pieces. But pricing is somewhat reasonable
Yikes! We ordered furniture on November 24 with a delivery date of December 9. We did not opt take the floor model (couch) because I did not want to have a piece of furniture that numerous people may or may not have sat on. Yesterday, December 7, the sales rep called with good news and bad news. Part of our order was delayed; however, they could deliver the order in mid January (this was the good news). After discussing this with the manager, he offered several options. During this conversation, he mentioned that the ottoman we purchased was the floor model. I told him that we specifically requested no floor model pieces. He went on to compare it to wearing a previously worn shirt - yikes again. When I said we did not want the floor model ottoman, he said he did not want our business. Probably a good thing. We went on to source the couch, ottoman, chair and TV stand for about $1000 less. It arrives in mid January.
Decent furniture store. Felt pressured into buying something. Not a fun shopping experience
I had a wonderful experience shopping here. My salesperson was Kathy Cote'. Like a lot of people we had space limitations to work around. She had great suggestions and worked tirelessly to get us what we needed. Later on I had to make some revisions due to my own poor planning. Kathy was so patient and helpful and managed to keep track of everything even when my head was spinning with all the details. I really like the the store, and the people working there make it a very satisfying experience. If you go there, ask for Kathy and she will take great care of you.
Update: the sales rep told us that the fabric on this couch was the best with respect to stain resistance- specifically a Great Dane. When we sourced this couch at another store, I asked about the fabric’s stain resistance. The new store sales rep told us that this fabric was absolutely not recommended for stain resistance.
Sales people were great and made all our special orders as simple as possible! Definitely recommend!
