Our salesman was knowledgeable and helpful. We found what we wanted and he efficiently took care of the paperwork and arranged delivery. The guys who delivered the furniture called to confirm the delivery, gave us the time window, and arrived within the promised time. They were careful, thoughtful, and professional! We're very happy with the furniture and how smoothly everything was handled!
We purchased furniture a little over a year ago from Ashley. The furniture is holding up well so far, which I'm pleased about. However, we were roped into buying a customer care plan under false pretenses. I don't waste money on warranties. I don't even have a protection plan for my cell phone. The sales associate - Andrea - told us that the additional 5 year warranty included an annual furniture cleaning, in addition to other warranty terms. To me, getting my furniture professionally cleaned once a year for five years was well worth the extra $$. However, when I called the warranty company to set up a cleaning I was informed that they don't do routine cleanings. My partner and I both remember being told that this plan would include the annual cleanings, which now it appears was a bold-faced lie. If you decide to purchase the additional protection plan, make sure you have everything documented. I was naive and assumed that that documentation was somewhere in pile of paperwork I walked out with. Unfortunately, I was wrong, and now I'm out $150. I wouldn't trust anything the sales associates tell you unless you see it yourself in writing.
We have been duped by Ashley twice. Purchased a coach and an extended warranty/insurance package filed an insurance claim for some scratches that showed up on the couch claim denied. Waste of $90 for insurance. Bought a table in 05/2017 suppossedly with a factory 1 year warranty table bubbled in joints tech came and said no problem it wasnt sealed right at the factory we will replace the table top. Now all of a sudden we are not. If you buy from Ashley do so understanding you get 90 days use before it is useless.
Wayyyyyyyy too pushy following you like a hound dog around the store even when you say we are just looking!!!! Stop being so pushy and money hungry!! Stay away from this store
Absolutely horrible customer service. I was expecting a full bedroom suite and mattress to be delivered today and they forgot to pull the mattress. So now my 3 year old doesn't have his mattress we order for another week. I was unable to talk to a manager and they told me we could come pick it up after we already paid shipping charges. I will never shop here again!!!
