The one start rating is for the service department. I took my Ferris zero turn out there to be worked on that I bought from them less then a year ago for a transmission oil leak. After keeping it for 2 weeks and me calling them many times to check in on it and hearing that they were "waiting for parts to come in" I went to pick it up to learn that all they did was reseal the case and had not put new parts on at all. I assume they had been telling me they were waiting for parts because they kept it for 2 weeks. Anyway, the service department is lacking in many respects.
