Purchased 2 new adjustable beds. The sales people were friendly and knowledgeable. They worked with us to get the best deal. Approximately 6 months later the motor quit working on 1 of the beds. Called the store and the next day a repairman came out fixed the bed at no charge. Would, with no hesitation purchase from this store again.

I would personally not recommend buying from them if you wish to have your merchandise in a timely manner. They stated it would only take one week to receive my entire purchase. It actually took six weeks and I personally had to call and request information on when this would be delivered. On top of that the Sales Person did not even know I never received it and did not stay on top of my purchase. I had to call after 6 weeks of not receiving my whole sectional for them to just so happen receive it yesterday on the truck? I also did the 90 days same as cash and was just know told that they charge a 12% up charge for this. With that being said I should have read the contract more carefully but waited for 2hours on a contract agent to even speak to me so when he did I was ready to get it over with. He never ONCE mentioned this to me. He also circled the total amount I would pay which is not with the 12% mark up. I am not satisfied and think this is poor Customer Service and also Poor Business. I did get reasonable prices but for the wait and also the inconvenience of $500.00 extra for paying 90 days same as cash this is NOT WORTH IT!!!!!
Horrible place to do business with. They have a no return policy as well, while other furniture stores I'm the area allow returns reasonably. They do not care if you have an issue, and will ignore you.
Don't buy here! We bought a dining set here and were told their price could not be beat! Being a clearance center for Knoxville Furniture we felt confident in our decision. After making the purchase, I found the same exact dining set at Knoxville Furniture Distributors for a $100.00 less!! Beware of the mis-informed sale's people. I did contact the salesman I dealt with and explained what happened. He assured me they were fakes and not a real company. I gave him their phone number and he said he would call me back. I never heard back from anyone. I just bought a brand new, still in the box, coffee and end tables there today! They are the real deal.
