Fantastic service, though a bit pushy. This is to be expected though, as most furniture salesmen work on commission. We were able to find exactly what we wanted and sort out payment in good time.
Cool place to find some unique home decor pieces. Decent prices and large store. Furniture we have seen seem to have some areas of damage (might be why the prices are a little lower), so just be sure to look over your purchases.
We searched everywhere for a couch that we felt comfortable with and liked. We stopped here and found a very comfortable sectional that we wanted in our home. The purchase was essentially a sectional that would be made how we wanted by Jackson Furniture Company ( that would include the chaser, how many seats and if there were cup holders, etc). We were very pleased with the couch when we received it. It was comfortable... up to a year. After having this couch with just my wife and I (neither of us over 180lbs) The seats have lost all support and you sink into the couch. The edges of the couch have more support than the center due to the wood framing, the center has a spring. When you sit, it pushes you to sit angled due to the spring lacking the strength that wood does, it is very uncomfortable. On the chaser we noticed that under the cushion there is absolutely no support at all, almost like they forgot to put a spring or board in there. Should someone happen to stand on the couch without the cushion there then they would easily push through the top cover and their foot would touch to the floor. The cushions have completely lost their fluff and are needing to have new stuffing in order to be comfortable. We are angry we spend over $2300 on this sectional and after two years it has the wear and tear of a 10 year old couch and only with two and a half people using it. If we paid $500 for this couch, fine, but we didn't we paid $2300! We expected better quality than this. When we had someone come out and look at it, he even acknowledged that it was not holding up and that there were parts that had clearly been omitted during construction, including the support under the chaser. After petitioning it be replaced or fixed, they declined our plea and said there is nothing they can do. Do not buy from this company or purchase a custom made couch from their manufacture "Jackson Furniture Company". It may look good at first, but it will quickly wear and fall apart.
Not a good experience. We purchased 2 lamps, 2 end tables and a coffee table on Sunday. Delivery was scheduled for the following Saturday. We get a call from the salesperson that Saturday morning saying that our end tables will not be delivered. Now, we had given our furniture away already.If that was not bad enough, the salesperson really was unapologetic. She did not give a definitive time when they would "come in" and just exhibited poor customer service.The delivery came with our coffee table only, no lamps. We were informed they don't deliver lamps. Also, our table was dusty and dirty. I don't know about you, but when I drop a good chunk of change on a product, I expect at least to be clean and not have to clean it myself. To make a long story short, we had to call several times to follow up on the status of the rest of the furniture. In my opinion, it would have been good customer service if they had contacted us and kept us informed, but they did not. We cancelled the lamps. The end tables came two weeks later. My wife had to leave work to be home for the delivery, or wait until the weekend. Again, we had given our tables away and didn't have any,That's why we took the first available delivery time. I am writing this because after I had purchased there, I started reading all of the negative reviews. I wish I had done my research first. After the purchase, customer service is nonexistent.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Willing to follow you around, but also okay letting you wander alone. Prices aren't necessarily "wholesale", but they have some good deals.
