Super friendly
Poor customer service. Ethan Allen charges extreamly high prices and the product are of China Quality. The delivery service guys come to your house and get in a cuss fight in the driveway. Then they damage the products getting them in after they scheduled an delivery appointment between one and five then show up 15-20 minutes late. Then rush to get the product in the door and damage the unit. Then Ethan Allen calls to say they will not bring you good product, they will need to come and repair the damaged item on your time an on their schedule. BUYER BEWARE their little repair policy is printed on the back of the paper you sign. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, it used to be a good company but has gone to CHINA!
