Very disappointed with Saturday brunch. Chicken and waffles Benedict was horrible. Tough chicken with egg whites only on top. Watery, bland Hollandaise sauce made for a totally mushy waffle. Regular eggs Benedict also bad. Cold uncooked eggs on top of a perfectly round processed piece of meat. Waste of food and money. Tables for two so close together that two women next to us joined in on conversation! Wanted booth but they don't give them to only two people. Won't be back.
First visit, definitely will be back. Fabulous date night with my husband. Great food, excellent service, & of course the cheesecake was phenomenal!
Recommend having reservations. Without, we waited about 20 minutes, which wasn't too bad. Our waitress, Jessica J., was very helpful, polite and did what she could while we waited another 30 minutes for bread and food. She was prompt on refills. She had quite a few other tables she was handling, which made her customer care impressive.
Let's go into the Cheesecake Factory my wife says, you'll love it she says. After getting a undercooked mushroom hamburger, and $73 later, not real satisfied. After a gentleman I guess was an assistant manager came up to me and stated that the hamburger was torn up and couldn't do anything with it, which was actually cut in half because it was so messy I couldn't eat it with my hands, I ended up getting a Caesar salad comped to me, but for that kind of money, not real satisfied. I seriously doubt if I'll be eating there again. Yes even after the salad was conked it was $73. Felt kind of bad for the waiter but there is no way I was going to give an $11 tip for that kind of service and food.

My cousin and I ate here. We has to wait about 20 minutes but, it was well worth it. We had the classic burger and fries,also the chicken Alfredo. Dessert was the Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake. Oh lordy,that was delicious. I highly recommend you try this place,if nothing else try some cheesecake. They have like 20 choices of cheesecakes.
Food was great! My macaroni burger was delicious and cooked properly. My son enjoyed his grilled cheese "house." Didn't get the wife's meal, but it too was very good - the coconut lime chicken in curry on a bed of rice; was just the right amount of spicy.
Restaurant is elegant and booth was comfortable.
