Fast food restaurant. My sandwich tasted like it had been premade. The services through the drive thru was quick.
One of my more favorite Arby's location. All ways good food, and service with a smile. I would have done 5 stars but entry tile area was wet and a bit slippery. That really should be addressed...
Sometimes the get the order right and correct. You never know what kind of service you will get when you visit. I called corporate office but nothing has been done. Will not be going back.
Went through drive through, food was okay. Went in to use the the restroom, and as soon as I opened the front door it immediately reeked of urine. Human urine. The restrooms smelt cleaner. The smell was so strong I had to use the opposite door because the smell was making me sick. Got to the car and ate, pulled out a ketchup packet that stuck to my leg..... It had URINE on it! I'm beyond disgusted. And the worst part is the employees and other patrons acted as if it was perfectly normal to have a resturant smell like urine from the front door.
Uuugh. Nothing to do with staff or service, just not good. Commercials are better than the food. Imho
