Have literally been stirring In the drive thru for fifteen minutes this is ridiculous someone needs to get this store under control. Haven't moved in ten minutes and its not even that busy.
This was the worst experience we've ever had a a fast food restaurant. We waited for 15 minutes for ketchup, and we asked like 3 times. We finally ended up knocking on the door and gave us 4 packs and said that if we wanted we had to wait. The girl was so rude and said she apparently forgot that we had asked for ketchup 3 times. Worst service ever and they weren't even busy they were just standing around talking.
I try to always give a place the benefit of the doubt. But after trying this place multiple times, and different days. I have to say it's one of the worst I've been to. The employees are rude and mess up the orders constantly. You try to explain to them what you want but their machines either don't work or the employees don't listen. We always end up missing something from our order and if you try to go back and get it fixed they raise hell. He management doesn't care. It's true my sad
I would give 0 stars if I could. We waited over 20 minutes for 2 drinks and an ice cream. Once out "lovely" car hop got to the car she was complaining of the milkshake machine being down. Why wouldn't you mention that to someone before they order?!?!? This isn't the first time we received had service, but thought we'd give another chance... We were WRONG.. Service here is Horrible!!
I wish I could have given this place zero stars but then I couldn't leave the review. All we needed was one bag of ice. We pulled into one of the bays and pressed the button. Waited. Nothing. Pressed it again. Same thing. This went on for about 10 minutes so we decided to try the drive thru. Waited in line for 10 minutes without a car even moving. Left empty handed. Worst sonic ever.
