Overall this is a super crappy restaurant and I have no intention of ever coming back.
A previous time I was waiting on the rest of my party, and they gave away my table right in front of me.
Driving through the country, first stop Knoxville TN. Food was good, service was ok. Server asked if we want water and forgot to bring it... Overall it was ok place to stop for dinner after 8 hours driving. Oh and beer was super cheap at $3.75.
Great place with American food. We recommend the Fish Tacos, the Kickin Chicken, or the roasted chicken Pasta. The Sunday Buffet is good too. Be sure to ask for the fresh bread before your meal. Service is always exceptional.
The management here sucks, and the food is so-so.
Always a good meal and good service. We've been many times as a couple, and with our car club, for lunch and dinner. Great menu options, and a well stocked bar. If you have been naughty lately, amazing salads for a meal.

Edit: 12-09-17 They still suck, it was my mother's birthday and she love their burgers for some reason. So we go there and to start out my order is wrong and I get the wrong side. Mom wanted a mustard that they used the carry and no longer have it. So she didn't even get the burger she wanted. On goes to dessert and of course everyone loves you desert on your birthday. She did her birthday here last year and she got a choice. This year they premade her ice cream without telling her or giving her a choice. If your going to pre make a birthday desert at least make sure the party isn't allergic to common ice cream toppings like cherries or nuts. She then asked for a choice and was told no. After that we were asked how to split the check. I raised my hand and the waiter acknowledged that I was getting the check. When the check actually came he handed it to someone else which made me feel like I was incapable of paying. It's a pretty common thing is someone raises there hand and says they have the check then give it to them so they can pay for it. The only thing I can think here for why I wasn't given it was I look super young and people think I'm incapable of paying for anything. When we were dealing with the check we're finally had to get the manager just to get her birthday desert. All she wanted was the strawberry cake.
Everything I've had here over several visits (6 meals) has been stellar. Their pasta dishes are top notch and the servers were all very friendly and helpful. When I couldn't get a particular item I ordered, they were very accommodating and even gave us a complimentary appetizer. We will be back often!
This is the second time I have had call ahead and they fail to adhere by it. I just finished waiting and hour on our table, when they were supposed to have it ready.
