Very allergen-friendly!! Good service. Great food.
I have celiac disease and like that most of their items are gluten free and there is very little chance of cross contamination. The food was good but a little more expensive than I would've liked. I'll go back but just not very often due to the cost. The staff was very nice and helpful.
Food was OKAY but expensive and a tiny portion. But that was the best part. The redhead girl behind the counter let us look at the menu for 10 minutes without telling us more than half the menu was unavailable because they had ran out of everything, and she only offered to make more when she realized there was no other menu options. They were having a special "all entrees 8.99" for their new menu launch (which we told her was the whole reason we came as soon as we arrived) but after she rang us up (after we FINALLY found something she wouldn't refuse to serve) our meal wasn't even discounted! My mom ended up saying never mind, because this service was ridiculous. We both just wanted chicken tenders but they didn't have enough, & the girl even told us they had 2 random chicken tenders but refused to give them to us even though one of us couldn't even get anything because there was nothing available on the menu & she could only ring me up for a 4 piece! Just horrible all around.
You don't expect to find 3 romaine lettuce roots and brown lettuce on a $12 garden salad. That being said, the salad was big, the chicken was nicely flavored and I loved the buttermilk ranch. It was a little expensive, but I am happy to pay for good quality. They just need to do a little better on their veggie prep.
Wow. This place is amazing. I've only been to one other establishment which serves exclusively gluten free food. This place caters to those who follow a Paleo diet (great for crossfitters or clean eaters) and also people with celiac. My mom has celiac so she had seen this place recommended through Facebook and we decided to give it a shot. As someone who isn't gluten intolerant I thought the food was awesome too! We liked it so much we bought one of each baking mix to go. My best friend at home is also gluten intolerant and she was thrilled to receive a waffle mix. She hasn't had waffles in six years. When I come back to Knoxville you better believe I'll be back in!!
