Great burgers. Staff is a bit off. Food is priced similar to Five Guys but way better. Milkshakes are great too.
Hey, Mooyah. Listen, I love you guys. I live across Kingston Pike in those apartments behind the shopping center with Chili's. But, my husband went down there tonight to get us a couple burgers and some fries. We got sweet potato fries mixed in, even though my husband specifically told him not to do that. Which is fine, forgivable. What's not forgivable is leaving the burgers laying on the grill to burn. There is one thing you don't do at a burger joint, and that's screw up the burgers. I've never choked down a crunchy burger before tonight. If this happens again, I won't be back. That's just unacceptable. Thanks.
The food was decent. The burgers were great (though the patties were a little salty) and the fries were good (very salty). My biggest problem is that the kids meals were OVER five dollars each. That's crazy for a family with three kids who probably won't even finish their meals. If you have multiple children, don't go here - there are better restaurants with cheaper kids options.
Burger was amazing! I got build my own option and my order came out correct! The fries are hand cut style and fresh, not frozen. Great selection of burgers if you are a picky eater.
This restaurant is similar to a Panera or Five Guys where you order and wait on your food at a table. The burger and fry combo was very good & I’ve only heard good things about their shakes. Portion sizes for the price were awesome (mostly because of the fries).
