I do like sushi and this place has the largest selection that I have seen in the east TN area. They also have cooked oriental fare on the buffet. I have not tried the cooked stuff, I go here for the sushi. I am a cheap person so I usually go for the lunchtime price, which in my opinion is fair. They also have fried scallops. Great cold shrimp. I recommend eating here.

One of our favorite places I always get the fresh hibachi and choose what I want to add in only takes like 8 minutes to have it cooked. Plus if you are a big sushi person this'place has a huge variety all freshly prepared. They also have crab legs included in the small buffet part which are refilled continuously.
Love it. Don't really hate food unless it's really bad. Way better food and deal than what we have in Florida as a buffet.
Hands-down the best Buffet for Sushi across the nearest cities. A full selection that is actually made per-order and included in the buffet price..! Also includes hibachi, & they have decent take-away deals. Great dining atmosphere, floor design, and fine service that's not overbearing - attentive staff notice plate & utensil placement to signal what you've finished with; I never had a conversation interrupted there. Surprisingly proper for the low price.
