Well, while it's fresh of my mind... I just need to warn others that when you're placing an order at this place you have to make sure you check your order and count it, when they gave it to you. It happened to me every time I ordered. They always had it wrong. Tonight, they don't even know what a chicken breast look like.. so.. just make sure that you check your order will save you some time n money.
The food was just okay. We took a few minutes in the drive thru. The lady that helped us last night wasn't excellent at customer service nor was She rude. Given the time it isn't surprising that the chicken was dry,it was slight over cooked however. The $5.00 fill up box is a good deal.
Cleanliness off this store is highly questionable as well. The health department would do well to go in unannounced and really take a look instead of a superficial look-see. There is no way this place would have passed an inspection today. After 40 yrs experience I know this is no way to run a restaurant.
This store is dirty, filthy and they give you the smallest chicken pieces. Always check your order before you leave. The quality is the cheapeast you can find. They try to cut from everything. Their food doesn't seem to be fresh. I am surprised they are still open. You can find similar meals at Bojangles, the difference ... Bojangles stores are updated, look nice, always clean, they have good food quality and they give you generous portions.
Excellent product if you like fried chicken you can't do better at a restaurant.
Ordered my food in the Drive-Thru, and was asked to pull over in the parking lot and wait. I have been now waiting for 42 minutes, with no sign of my food in sight. They aren't busy, the and there has only been two other cars in the drive thru since I ordered.
Bigger issues are existing here and have been existent for some time. Drive thru waits are ridiculous and attitudes of some of the employees are terrible. Cashier on my last visit to the drive thru window had absolutely no personality and acted as though she would rather be any where else other than at work. If that's the case she shouldn't be there or at least if that's the attitude that is going to be presented to the customer.
