I know it may be busy because of holiday season but our server only sauce twice. Once to deliver drinks and the second time for food. We had to hunt down another one to actually get our check
I know its "just" IHOP. But this IHOP was one of the older diner style that was most likely built in the 80's. Just think waffle house with IHOP food. So waffle house....But...Mostly pancakes?. Anyway. Excellent service and good prices for dinner. We ate quickly and were stuffed when we left. Will return again if i am in the area.
We went to IHOP on a Sunday afternoon and there was no wait line!! The waiters and waitresses were very nice and efficient. The food was good and quick, too! We would recommend!
After the awful service and food that we have had at other IHOP’s, we gave this one a try this morning. Our waiter’s name was Isaiah. He was very polite and very professional. He was actually the best waiter that I have had at any ihop location. The food was brought to us in a timely manner and was not cold. That’s the issues we have had in the past at other locations. The only thing that I didn’t like here was the lady waiting on the food and calling out, put her hands on my food without gloves or washing her hands. I guess one of the pancakes has fallen off the plate and she picked it up and put it back.
Sadly they fired a very confrontational and irate employee as I entered and the person just would not leave the building, thus disrupting service for all until the police escorted her out. Management handled it as well as could be expected without causing further harm so cheers to them but the whole visit was soured.
