Granted we were there at 9:30pm after 13 hrs of driving so maybe they were trying to close. I didn't want a burger so late so got the chicken bowl with rice and beans. The rice was crunchy, the beans just gross. Soon had a burger that he said was good.
Sat in drive thru for 10 mins and no one asked for my order, drove to the window and some tall goofy dude was literally standing there wiping the counter repeatedly ignoring me... Even after I honked my horn several times!! Fire your lazy employees or needs new management, definitely won't be going to this Hardee's again.
The restaurant had some good items on the menu which they did not promote and eventually dropped from the menu; Aporkalypes Burrito, Fish Tacos, Breakfast Burrito. These were very tasty items which apparently failed due to being on the menu for a short time and then removed. Many customers were unaware that they were available.
Passing through on the way home. Stopped for a bite to eat. We stood at the counter for 10+ minutes before we were acknowledged we were there and order was messed up. Got chicken tenders and it was like we got the scraps. Pieces were extremely tiny and the staff laughed about it as I walked out the door. We went somewhere else to eat cause I didn't know what the employees were laughing about. Not sure if something was done to the food or if it was because the chicken tenders were so little. I was NOT risking it with my children's health. I wouldn't recommend this Hardee' s location to anyone. Employees were disrespectful and goofing off more than doing their work and serving customers. Would've gave NO STARS if possible.
Great food. But Its an awful feeling when you see the cook is out side smoking with food service gloves on. yuck! if they dont take it off to smoke you know he isnt gonna take em off when he gets done smoking
