Excellent service and food...polite staff... And the rolls are amazing...better than Olive garden...
Just wanted to give a shout out to Josh, who is apart of the management team at this location, he is wonderful! He went above and beyond for us today and even though it's just fast food he made our experience awesome!! The restaurant was clean, the rest of the staff was friendly as well, and the food was delicious, as always!
The staff bring your food to you and clean the table. It's an interesting combination of fast food price with restaurant quality and service
Great place, clean, and food was perfect. They made sure we had plenty of breadsticks. The manager was super nice.
Food itself was fine for the price. So could have been rated at least a 4 or even a 5.
Unfortunately inconsciente customer service and restaurant wasn't crowded or lacked staff. I would give this Fazoli's a 2nd try just because the initial contact during ordering was excellent, the young lady did excellent job!
The only downside would be a slightly small menu which is understandable to maintain the speed for this type of food

This is a great stop for itallian food seved quickly. They have unlimited bread sticks that come out warm and fresh baked
