Ordered crunchy hash brown, they weren't cooked crunchy. Tried to be nice and was going to eat them the way they were. Well they wasn't even cooked all the way. Told the waitress, I waited 10 min. For my ck, wasn't even apologize to.
They have the opportunity to be a good restaurant. They are in a good location, have good prices and a good menu. Service is always horrible. Management is terrible. Teamwork is non-existant. The food is always either cooked horribly without care or sits in the window and overcooks. They are usually out of more than one thing. They never apologize for any of these short comings. We keeping coming back hopeful that it will be the restaurant we want it to be or that it should be and we are again disappointed every time. Very sad to see.
We should we start??? 15 minutes to even see our server, 1 hour wait time to get food, refills? This location needs to shut down until someone is hired to make this a restaurant. Our server came to our table many times just to cry about not having a break all day, cooks will not work, etc. People were walking out as they couldnt get service and now i wished i had. After 1 hour our food came out cold and soggy. My wifes had egg shells in it and not 1 of my family even had eggs. I am not sure who owns this location but shut it down.
