They literally have the smallest portions of chicken Ive ever seen at any restaurant. I feel like I'm eating a vegetarian bowl. The one in the mall does it right. It's like 8 minutes away and worth it. Smh
Really like Chipotle food and have tried giving this location the benefit of the doubt but it's been bad too many times. Service is typically lacking and food is %50 of the time cold or stale which doesn't make sense because they seem to have good traffic. Go to the one in Turkey Creek its always been good.
One of the most unprofessional displays of a cashier I have EVER seen. Wearing her own dirty sweatshirt and looked like she rolled out of bed, to work around FOOD. I understand hard mornings (although note this is about 11 at this point, get your butt in gear at work) but there is a big difference between a cashier selling gas and cigs and a cashier in a close proximity food establishment! She did not mark the burritos even when asked to, she didn't even give me a receipt or really thank me for my business, just handed back my card and turned to talk more. I even smiled through it and said "have a good day," with no reply. I have been in customer service a long time and I do not like people or mornings, but how I reacted to them is how they should be conducting themselves as professionals or sadly they will always be in low end food positions. Trust me I LOVE Chipotle, when I started to have to make weekly trips to Knoxville getting Chipotle was the only silver lining and this location seemed to be okay and in good proximity to my route. But today the staff really disappointed me. Granted I got there at open and my phone is 5 mins fast, so I prematurely attempted to open the door 5 mins early, but the workers were just sitting there and didn't even seem like they were prepping anything and didn't even say "Just a moment." So I wait with my toddler, as I was early, but 5 mins past 10:45 open time was when the door was unlocked, knowing I was waiting, sitting doing nothing. I entered and 2 of the workers were serving another worker, not even a look up or greeting to an actual customer who you knew was waiting early or not. They talked for a few, it seemed one was being trained still which is understandable. I was eventually helped and they were polite and attentive at least, but then we get to the cashier which I made sure to outline that cherry on top first. Just why Chipotle.
Usually fresh and warm! Sometimes stuff has been sitting but I understand that all is dependent of when you come in. I’m a little disappointed that corn tortillas were removed. Especially since for gluten intolerant customers that’s sometimes the only option. Personally I dislike the texture of flour tortillas. Sometimes I wish the staff was more interactive with us as customers vs how much they interact with each other. Not the best chipotle I’ve been to, but not the worst either
Always a good place to grab a semi quick bite (depends on how busy it is). Food is consistent, but are occasionally out of meats. Usually there is some being prepped, but you might be waiting for them to finish cooking.
