My family and I went and every time we go, this place treats us like kings and service great. Our food has always been outstanding and service is always top notch. Ariel was our last server and she was very kind and generous with our drinks. You should for sure go here on a Saturday!
Service was terrible. Appetizer arrived at same time as meal. Once food arrived was cool. Waiter not once checked in on us. He seemed to have had a great personality when he took our order so is possible he was busy but when needed refills had to ask another employee each time for assistance.
Chili's is one of our favorites. Great burgers and fries. Best steak fajitas. Friendly staff. Stop here often when in Knoxville.
We visited this location over lunch. It is easy to get to and the service was great. We had four in our party and easily got in and out in under an hour. The prices have seem to go up a little but still in the ballpark you would expect for this type of restaurant (chili’s, Applebee’s, etc).
