Before they were bought out I used to eat here all the time! We went today, fries were terrible. And cold. Steak had zero flavor. (Fries used to be fresh cut. These definitely were not.) he didn’t ask which size I wanted and automatically gave and charged me for the largest one. They were out of steak sauce and not looked at me like I was crazy when I asked for it. Staff was rude (other than the boys handing out samples, he was extremely sweet) over all, I am extremely disappointed in both the quality of food, and the service. Not to mention it was $12 for food I couldn’t even eat. Sad day, Charley’s fans.

I have waited almost a year to get back to Charley's subs in the mall. I used to eat there once a week. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! The meat is half the amount of what it used to be. I asked for ranch on my sandwich and was charged for it. They NO longer serve fresh cut fries, which was the main reason I went. I had issues with ordering beginning at the register and all the way thru the pickup. I had to ask for my fries and then waited for them to help TWO others until they got me some seasoning for the fries. I paid $13.40 for a "so-so" sandwich, a small fry, and a regular drink. The ONLY good thing about this $13.40 lunch was the regular strawberry lemonade. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS RESTAURANT. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY. NOTHING LIKE IT USED TO BE. WHAT HAPPENED?????
The best food ever my hole family loves the food and the fries
Ive worked alongside Charley's for six years in the mall and service has become consistently worse...I have been denied food from this location the last two times for a couple of situations I've attempted, today was the last time... I came to them at 945a for bfast (sign says bfast available till 11)...was told the boss would not be back till 1030 so food was unavailable...in turn I went to chick fila instead, as I'm eating my bfast @ 10:03, I proceeded to see another guest walk up and be served?...of course I approached the cook/ and a prep girl there and he says "oh were open now"! Working in customer service myself, I'm utterly angered at this situation and felt like it should have been handled differently :/
