Past that.... Actually this store is owned by new people. But I feel the store has always given great advice and are reputable.

I bought a feeder in Austin TX several years back. Did not know what todo when it had 'issues'. I did not feel it was fair to take it to a Knoxville TN store for it's lifetime warranty. On that old thing! So I emailed 'corporate'. They forwarded my problem to this store (where I have done business for 13 yrs) and they contacted me to say 'Bring it in!' Wow. It was 'repaired' perfect with newer designed parts. I can't ask more. I got lots!

OK - let's go back to the awful thing that happened 4 years ago (someone had to pay for something their child broke). Really? You need an reality adjustment. I give them credit for the way they handled it. Not you.
