Went on a date with my boyfriend & ended up animal shopping, & we came across this place! It's literally the best pet store we've been to! They have the animals open so you can pet them. & we adopted our new baby! Everyone was super sweet & very helpful.
Then on top of the appalling scene, I stood at the front register for a good five minutes without being helped. And I am not exaggerating when I say 5 minutes. I actually wanted to see how long it would take someone to notice me, but a kid in the store waved an associate down for me.
I went in there the other day for dog food, went straight back got the food and circled by the puppies for a second then to the front.
If you are smart you will NOT adopt a dog through here. They will lie to you. They wont tell you the price until you get there. Then it's sticker shock. They tell you the price comes with everything including shots in all. Then you get there and they tell you nope can't do it. No pet is under $3,000 if you adopt a pet through there you have to buy the dog food they have. I'm going now to get the same breed of dog for much less. DONT buy a dog through here.
It's a nice open very well stocked pet store...has many different live animals... petting areas that include: rabbits, dogs, cats, ferrets, guinea pigs....they have birds and ready to go set ups.....the negative is no fish except for Bettas....go figure....BUT it's worth the stop..... for sure!
How does a place like this stay open? You have live animals at the front of the store that are open to the public to touch and you have not one person watching them! I definitely won’t be back to support that kind of business.
They have too many puppies in little grated glass cages. Many were too big for their cages.
