Well everything was great drove 3 hours to see them. Walk in and all the dogs looked pitiful. One dog was half dead and the others were so dehydrated. In the back the door was open and a whole wall was covered in dogs in cages. I peeked in a lady was giving a shot to it. You can tell they are drugged. I’m giving it 5 stars for people to notice this.
Their puppies are extremely over priced. I feel terrible for the puppies that have to be there for soo long because they are so over priced. I hope that people catch on and they shut down so future pups don’t have to go thru not being loved but for the 5 minutes families have them out of their cage for because when they tell you the price, there’s no way someone would purchase a pup 6x more than average price! If they cared for the pups and wanted them to Find good homes they would take a better approach. My experience...
To be fair we didn't have any issues with the staff at all at the time of purchase. The real problem came after our purchase. We purchased a Labradoodle back in July of this year. At the time we were given the speech about their affiliation with the "Champion Pet Registry" and told that the dog was a purebred dog and that our certificate would confirm that. Well it is now November, and we still have not received those papers. I contacted the store, and they had no problem with giving me the contact information for both "CPR" and the store owner. I have since contacted both. When calling "CPR", the call goes to what seems like a cell phone, that has had a full mailbox for over a week now. There is no availability for me to leave any messages. The owner has yet to return any of my calls as well regarding my inquiry. I went to the "CPR" website to try and get more info and was able to find an email address which bounced back immediately as well.
At the end of the day, I am glad we purchased our puppy and gave it a great home, but the post purchase experience has been very disappointing at best.
These are the rudest, most unprofessional employees of all time. Me and my girlfriend were in the story on August 22nd around 7 p.m. When an oversized puppy jumped at my girlfriends neck. This was not a puppy bite, this was an attack bite. These people didn't move a muscle to try and help her, I had to walk all the way across the store to get this dog off of her neck. She then proceeded to show my the cut that the dog had left so I proceeded to call the store to talk to the employees about taking this dog off of the floor before it bit someone else. The lady I talked to then hung up on me and I called back 22 times and they would answer the phone and not say anything for 5 seconds then hang up again. I encourage people not to go to this place that gets their dogs from a puppy mill. This will not go unheard. Puppy zone needs to be shut down because they do more harm to the dogs and community then help the community.
I have only been to Puppy Zone a few times and that's only go to give the puppies love and attention. I haven't seen the back room and/or a dying puppy. The ones I have seen are beautiful overpriced dogs that either jump up for attention or somehow sleep through all the noise and commotion. I don't like how they are in a baby crib with mesh wire for a floor and have to drink from hamster like water bottles. They have no bowls so I'm still wondering when they get fed. I get that puppies like to chew on things and wrestle but constantly chewing on one another when there is more than 1 puppy is a bit overboard if you ask me.
